As our services (consultations, workshops, digital guides) are intangible and personalised, returns are not applicable.
- For physical items such as color swatch booklets or style cards, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery.
- In such cases, please inform us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the damaged product.
